Employee Performance Monitoring (EMP) Portal is a new website developed by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. The EMP portal can be accessed by the applicants by visiting the official website epm.jk.gov.in. Employee performance monitoring helps to keep track of how well the Jammu and Kashmir state government employees perform their duties. They have to submit the information on the EMP website by the 7th of every month. After the submission of work effectiveness, the controlling officer will study the submission and inquire about the work efficiency of various government employees who are working in various JK government departments till March 15.^th, By visiting the official website, government employees in Jammu and Kashmir can register for the EPM portal. • Under the SANDES App tab, click on the Download button
• The Google Play Store page will open with the Sands application on the screen.
• Now, click on the Install button
• After successful installation, open the app
• Once the app will open on your device, log in to your registered account by entering your mobile number
• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
• Enter OTP received for verification
• After verification, fill all the required details like name, gender etc.
