The Jaganna Smart Town Scheme 2022, launched by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, aims to give residents their own homes. The benefit of this program will be given to all those middle class residents of the state who do not have their own house. The house will have a square footage of 200 to 240 yards and will be divided into MIG clusters. Jagannath Smart Town Scheme has been launched by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Under this programme, residential plots will be made available to middle class group families at reasonable prices. This program will benefit more than 30 lakh low income families. This program has been developed on a non-profit, no-loss basis, to help middle-class families realize their dream of home ownership. This township will be developed in all the assembly constituencies of the state. The officials of the concerned agency have also received instructions from the district collectors regarding the township. The initiative will be self-sustaining as it will acquire land from willing donors and public lands following all norms.

• The construction of 15.6 lakh houses has already started in the first phase of this programme.
• Under this scheme, three different types of plots – 150 square yards, 200 square yards and 240 square yards – will be made available.
• All Indian residents with annual income under Rs. 18 lakh are eligible to enroll in this program.

• The home page of the website will open on the screen
• click on apply for plot alternative

• A new page will open on the screen
• Now Click on New Registration Option

• Registration form will open on the screen
• Now, fill the form with all the required details like your name, mobile number, email address and password
• After that, click on the Register button to complete the registration process
• After successful registration, log in to your registered account using your mobile number and password
• Once you have successfully registered, your account dashboard will open on the screen
• Click on Apply under Jagannath Smart Town Scheme option
• Application form will open on the screen
• Now, fill the form with all the required details like applicant name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, marital status, PAN card number, address, annual income etc.
• After that upload all the required documents
• Finally, click on the submit button to complete the application process
