Muzaffarnagar. Students from schools and colleges did yoga by staying at home. Schools organized online programs. Yoga teachers have described yoga as important for a healthy life.
On the occasion of the International Yoga Day, an online workshop was organized at the Jain Kanya Pathshala Postgraduate College on the subject of yoga as a boost under new educational policy. In the workshop, Archana Singh Yoga Trainer conducted various yoga activities and postures as well as laughter therapy for the college students. On International Yoga Day at MG Public School, children performed yoga and pranayama with their parents under the guidance of teachers. Headmistress Monika Garg, headmistress GB Pandey told the children that yoga is an ancient Indian system. Dr. Rinku S. Goyal, director of the Mother’s Pride School, told the children the importance of yoga. Stayed at home and only celebrated in the online course.
