Water Scheme – Instructions for action if progress on drinking water schemes is not found satisfactory

Lalitpur. On Thursday, a virtual meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (Disha) was organized in the Collectorate Auditorium. In which instructions were given to take action against the Executive Engineer Jal Nigam if the progress of drinking water schemes is not satisfactory.
In the review of MNREGA, DM was told that in the financial year 19.44 lakh man-days were created by providing employment to 70062 families against their demand. 99859 workers were benefitted and 397 families were given 100 days of employment. In the review of drinking water schemes, it was informed that under Rural Drinking Water Program, 93 percent work has been completed in 12 villages included in Ranipura Village Group Drinking Water Scheme. Under Jal Jeevan Mission, villages will get pure drinking water through 16 village group drinking water schemes.
DM Annavi Dinesh Kumar directed the Executive Engineer of Jal Nigam to take action if the progress of drinking water schemes was not satisfactory. He said that the work on Nehru Nagar drinking water project should be completed expeditiously. The problem of drinking water should be resolved on priority in Khurai, Dhaura and Madaun and complete water supply in Raidaspura, Vishnupura and Ghusayana.
In the review of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, it was told that in the review of Electricity Department, 23.24 hours at district headquarters, 18 to 20 hours at tehsil level and 17 to 18 hours at village level. On this, instructions were given to make available the list of working areas of JEs posted in the district.
Kovid period: Direct to waive 50 percent fees in private schools: DM
In the review of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, the District BSA was directed to waive 50 percent fees in private schools due to the period of Kovid. In reviewing the construction of roads, instructions were given to complete the work of Lalitpur to Jhansi road expeditiously. The Public Works Department and Forest Department should complete the construction of Narhat to Amjhara Temple, Ranchor, Muchkund Cave Road, Pandav Forest Road, Bamhorikhadait to Paroun, Pawa to Gevra Gundera and Didauniya Road.
Report the acquisition of land for the airport
The DM said that the report of the acquisition of land for the airport should be provided. Complete the construction of a bridge built near the canal on Sunwaha Road. On this occasion, Minister of State, Labor and Employment, Manohar Lal Panth, Sadar MLA Ramratan Kushwaha, District Panchayat President Kailash Niranjan, Municipality President Rajni Sahu, CDO Anil Kumar Pandey, ADM Anil Kumar Mishra, CMO Dr. GP Shukla, DFO DN Singh, Deputy Commissioner MNREGA Ravindra Veer Yadav, District Information Officer Piyush Chandra Rai etc. officers and employees were present.
