Warning to flood centers
Dhampur. SDM Dhirendra Singh has instructed officials and staff stationed in all designated flood centers in the Tehsil area to remain vigilant and allow for the intermittent rainfall for two days. If a flood situation occurs in a village or in Majra, notify this immediately via the control center 01344-230035 in Tehsil.
Deputy District Judge Dhirendra Singh said 10 flood centers have been set up in the Tehsil area to deal with excessive rainfall and potential flooding. These flood centers include the Dak Bungalow in Afzalgarh, the water tank of the irrigation department in Kaderabad, the junior high school in Harewali, the Tehsil office in Dhampur, the inspection building of Kho Barrage in Sherkot, the junior high school in Mubarakpur Tappa Bharti, the government in Shahpur Jamal A. Development bloc offices at Inter College, Sayohara, Budhanpur, Bhawan Inspection in Bagwara, Canal, Bagwara andnahaur have become flood centers in Jalkal department. Officials from all centers were instructed to remain at the center. It is the responsibility of the center manager that an employee is always present in the flood center. Don’t leave the flood center empty. In the event of violations of the orders, measures will be taken against the officials and employees concerned.
The deputy district judge announced that the flood centers had been set up by the tax office. All of these centers have full traffic control for carrying out emergency work.
