For the construction of this road, the villagers had sent several letters to the officials and public representatives concerned and requested them. Nevertheless, no positive initiative towards road construction could be taken.
The approximately one kilometer long road that connected Badharia via Mathia Tola to the Gram Sabha Singhan junction in the Nebua Naurangiya area had become so dilapidated due to a lack of repairs that people found it difficult to walk at all. For the repair of the road, the villagers made several applications to the local public officials, including the district administration. Even so, the road was not repaired.
Under the leadership of Pradumna Tiwari, the villagers pledged to repair the road on Sunday. Mathia Tola’s people got there with JCB, tractor wagons and began loading the soil and bringing it to the road. Angry people said that the leaders only come to get votes in the elections, but after they win, they forget their promises. Everyone appreciates this initiative by the villagers.
Bihari Patel, Awadhesh Kushwaha, Samatullah Ansari, Rojid Ansari, Nandlal Patel, Sanjay Tiwari, Rajmukhut Yadav, Rajendra Yadav etc. were present.
