Ori. District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan reviewed one by one the development survey schemes being run in the district in the Vikas Bhawan auditorium. Along with this, the concerned officers were instructed that maximum benefits of beneficiary oriented schemes should be given to the eligible. He said that instructions were given for the prevention of dengue. During this, instructions were given to stop the salary of Fulfillment Officer Ek Tiwari for non-allocation of vacant quota shops.
He directed to expedite the progress in Ayushman card if the progress is slow. He said that there are complaints of rigging in the appointment of caretakers in community toilets. If the involvement of any development block officer is found, then strict action will be taken against him. He said that physical verification of community toilet community kitchen should be done. He said that the ponds on which there is encroachment should be freed immediately. He said that maximum number of complaints are related to Chakrod, for disposal of such complaints, they should be disposed off in coordination with the revenue team. While reviewing the projects costing more than 50 lakhs, he said that a letter should be sent at the government level for the projects which have been stalled due to lack of budget so that the budget can be made available and construction work can be speeded up. He directed to stop the salary of District Supply Officer for non-appointment of ration shops. Also issued a warning.
He said that the salary of all the block officers should be stopped in the block where ration shops are vacant. He directed the concerned officers to ensure allotment of vacant ration shops at the earliest. He said that the works which have been completed should be given a list of works to be inaugurated and foundation stone laid. While directing all the block officers, he said that tonight all the officers would inspect the gaushalas in their areas and also get photographs taken. While directing the executive officers, he said that the destitute animals roaming on the roads in the district should be protected in cowsheds by running a campaign. Chief Development Officer Dr Abhay Kumar Srivastava, Chief Medical Officer Narendra Dev Sharma, District Development Officer Subhash Chandra Tripathi etc. were present on this occasion. At the same time, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave guidelines by holding a review meeting through video conferencing in the NIC auditorium late in the evening.
