The matter was reported to bank officials on Tuesday. Indian Bank manager Sulabh Srivastava has blocked the IDs of all these centers, disrupting their work. A response was requested from all center operators. Regarding this, Amit Gautam, manager of Antigra Micro System Private Limited Company, which operates customer service centers, said he was not aware of this.
