In the first two hours, 10.3 percent of the respondents were interviewed in all blocks of the district. At 11 a.m. in the heat, the poll rose to 22.28 percent. By 1:00 p.m., 38.73 percent of voters in the district had cast their votes. At 3 p.m., the percentage of votes increased and that percentage reached 53.29. Strong sunlight and rising temperatures did not affect the turnout. The percentage of polls increased at noon. From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the voting was quick and the percentage of votes reached 65.70 at 5:00 p.m.
