Apart from textbooks, clothes, shoes, stockings, bags, etc. are distributed by the government to the students in the community schools every year. Textbooks, shoes, stockings and bags have been bought at the government level, but clothing has so far only been bought locally. The school received 600 rupees for providing two clothes for one student. There has been a demand for research by villagers and others when buying clothes, which often raised questions about quality. The government takes this seriously and has now decided to transfer 600 rupees to the parents’ account for the uniforms that the schools will receive this year. This allows parents to have their children’s clothing made of their own choice.
