Cyclist Ganesh (24) died on Sunday night in an accident on the Pratapgarh-Prayagraj motorway near the canal of the police station. He was riding a bicycle with a friend from the edge of the village when an uncontrollable fortune teller met him. He died on the spot while his companion was seriously injured. The police took the Fortuner into custody, took him to the hospital and took the driver into custody.The incident occurred around 10 p.m. There is a road off the Prayagraj-Pratapgarh Highway near the Sarpatahi Canal in Mauaima. From Pratapgarh the Fortuner car came at high speed towards Prayagraj. The two youngsters took the lead by bike and the uncontrollable Fortuner met them. Both fell in a violent collision on the road and suffered serious injuries.

Ganesh died shortly afterwards. By then, the police also came after receiving the information that Lalla’s son Ram Singh Pasi from Jogapur, Sultanpur Khas, admitted to the hospital. The Fortuner car, written as an advisor to the FCI, was taken into custody by the police. According to the police, the driver is being questioned. Among the people gathered on site, it was also discussed that three young people were cycling, but the third young person could not be found.
