The episode begins with Abhi trying to balance a pen on his hand. He says I need you Akshu where are you. He gets Akshu’s audio message. She tells about the charities she came to. He replies that it’s okay, Akshu. He goes out and hears a couple talking. The lady asks why you were hiding because of your cancer, isn’t it my right to know. The man apologizes. Abhi thinks Akshu has a right to know this. Manish ends a call. Dadi asks what the guy’s family said. He says they refused, a lot has changed, the guy is a doctor, he’s seen Aarohi’s flaws, they believe that if he marries her it will hurt his reputation. Aarohi watches and gets angry. She says give this news to Akshu and Abhi, they will be glad that my marriage has been annulled for the second time. Abhi comes home and sees Akshu. Akshu is on call. He thinks she found out.
