Ketki Dave’s husband actor Rasik Dave dies at 65 owing to kidney failure

Ketki Dave’s husband, Rasik Dave, took his last breath on July 28 due to kidney failure. Rasik Bhai, as he was affectionately called in the industry, has been on dialysis for the past two years. The last month was very painful for him as his health was continually deteriorating. Rasik, 65, died on July 29 at 8:00 p.m.

Rasik and Ketki ran a Gujarati theater company together. Ketki’s mother Sarita Joshi is also a famous actress and her father (deceased) Praveen Joshi was a theater director. She is the older sister of actress Purbi Joshi.

Rasik made his debut in the entertainment industry in 1982 with the Gujarati movie ‘Putra Vadhu’. The late actor worked in both Gujarati and Hindi. Ketki and Rasik also participated in ‘Nach Baliye’ in 2006.
