The makers of Udriyaan have finally found a face for the role of Abhiraj Singh Sandhu. The character of Abhiraj which was earlier played by Abhiraj Chawla and Aman Jaiswal will now be essayed by Tushar Dhembla.
Tusshar was approached by the makers a month back, but the deal fell through due to date issues.
Tusshar spoke about it in an interview with BT and shared, “I don’t know what happened between the makers and the previous actors and I didn’t even produce them. The creative team got in touch with me a month back and said they were looking forward to cast me as they felt I fit in. However, I was busy with a project then. They came to me again and I accepted it, because I could manage my dates. I have started shooting for the show.”
The actor is currently traveling between Chandigarh and Mumbai. “Yes, it gets busy at times but I am enjoying this phase of being busy with work. Once the shooting of my film is over, I will move back to Chandigarh, which is my hometown,” he said.
Tusshar is known for his roles in shows like Prem Bandhan, Naagin and Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke.
