• Before taking the exam, candidates must be familiar with the LIC ADO Selection Process 2023. There will be four stages in the LIC ADO 2023 exam selection process. Rates are listed below.
• The preliminary exam will be conducted for 100 marks and will have three sections including English, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. The combined marks for the Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude sections are 70 (35+35) as compared to 30 for the English test. To guarantee their selection for Mains exam, candidates have to obtain minimum qualifying marks.
• Main Exam: The main exam will be conducted online and will carry a total of 150 marks. To proceed to the next stage, which is an interview round, candidates have to obtain minimum qualifying marks.
• Interview: A round of Interview will be the last and final stage. There will be a total of 37 marks during the round (expected). The board will announce the final cut-off score after the completion of this round and successful candidates will be contacted through email and SMS.
• Medical Examination: This is an essential stage at which the qualified applicants must appear for the medical examination and document verification. If they clear this stage, they will be eligible for the post of Apprentice Development Officers (ADO).
