After their training, these youngsters receive two months of online vocational training under the guidance of qualified personnel in state hospitals, PHCs and CHCs. After that, they will primarily get jobs in state and private hospitals. During the training these young people are paid 500 rupees per month and for their safety an insurance of two lakhs is also prepared. Sanjay Kumar, District Skills Development Coordinator, announced that DM Dr. Subedar Prasad has appointed Deputy CMO for the Department of Health to be the node officer responsible for organizing training at the district level.
The minister also ordered that the trainees being trained in state and private ITIs be trained online through various media, and also that the videos from the practical training be informed by being included in the group. In previous years, ITI students were to be placed according to their qualifications for jobs and trained before employment in various state and private institutions in the district. Divisional Director Kunal Shilku, Additional Director Neeraj Kumar and Joint Director (Training / Apprentice), Principal ITI and MIS Manager Nishant Ojha of the five divisions Lucknow, Ayodhya, Vindhyachal, Devipatan and Gorakhpur were present at the meeting.
