Sanjay Kumar, a qualified labor assistant from the Central Water Commission Ayodhya, said that in addition to the rain in the mountain areas, the water level of Saryu has also increased due to the release of water from the dams after the warning about the Yas storm.
Sonbarsa and Karatania have been evacuated due to possible storms. Because of this, the Saryu boom has intensified. Having said that the water level of Saryu will rise at a rate of four centimeters per hour, there is now an opportunity to increase the water level of Saryu by about half a meter.
On the other hand, the posts of the panda community were trapped in the water due to the sudden rise in the water level. Some of the quintals kept in the crematorium for cremation were also washed away in the water. For this, the crops of farmers who grow melons, watermelons, etc. in the coastal areas were also destroyed.

Also on May 23, the water level of Saryu fell by two cm, the water level reached 89.30 meters. At the same time, an increase in the water level of Saryu by 94 cm was registered within the last 24 hours.
