This year, Shamli District took first place in Uttar Pradesh by achieving 1004.28 quintals per hectare of sugar cane yield. Shamli District ranked first in 2018-19, first in 2019-20, and second in 2017-18 in terms of sugar cane yield per hectare.
According to the state’s sugarcane division’s crop cut, the Shamli District sugar cane yield was 929.24 quintals per hectare in 2017-18, 962.12 in 2018-19, 990.64 quintals per hectare in 2019-20 the calculation of the crop pruning for the year 2020-21, the yield per hectare of sugar cane in the Shamli district has become for the third time in UP Sirmaur.
