Rampur / Kinnaur. The hunger strike by NSUI and youth congress staff on various topics of student interest ended on Wednesday. Block Congress President Rampur Sahib Singh Mehta and Advocate DD Kashyap and other officials were given juice to end the gradual fast. Yuc Working President Rahul Soni, Youth Congress Shimla Vice President Ankur Sharma, Tarun Kayath and others attended the occasion.
At the same time, the joint hunger strike by Kinnaur Youth Congress and NSUI was ended to encourage first and second year students to conduct online exams for last year’s students. Both organizations have been on gradual hunger strike for their demands for the past 8 days. On Wednesday, Panchayati Raj District Chief Attorney Ram Singh Negi ended the strike by drinking juice from officials and workers who were on a gradual hunger strike.
Kinnaur Youth Congress Vice President Kiran Pangtu said that if the decision is not made in the interests of the students, at the Cabinet meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, the Youth Congress on July 9, led by President Nigam Bhandari Gherao, will be the residence of the Prime Minister.
Youth congress and NSUI employees will also take part in large numbers at the Prime Minister’s residence in Ghera. The State Youth Congress Media Officer RP Negi Yulam, Bhupesh Funyan, Vijay Negi, Ravi Pangta, Harish Charas, Vivek Negi, Kulbhushan and Sagar were present on this occasion.
