Azamgarh. Due to the corona infection, the deadline for installing the High Security Registration Number Plate (HSRP) in vehicles has been extended. A new timetable was created after the last digit of the license plate in the vehicles. The high security registration number plate must be installed by November 2022.
The government has made the installation of HSRP in vehicles compulsory. Without HSRP, the transformer of vehicles, the renewal of RC, insurance and other work in RTO will not be carried out. Until July 15, 2022, HSRP was mandatory in all vehicles in the district. According to the last vehicle issue from July 2021 to July 2022, the final date has been set for the application of HSRP in vehicles. HSRP work suspended due to corona infection and corona curfew. People got the HSRP booked but the license plate couldn’t be made due to the dealership closings. Many vehicle owners were upset because HSRP was not established. Due to the difficulties creating HSRP during the corona transition and curfew, the Department of Transportation has given vehicle owners additional time. Instead of July, it is now mandatory to have HSRP in all vehicles by November 2022. 000000000000000000000000000
