Even in the Kashmiri area, people cannot get Ganga water due to the negligence of Jal Nigam officials. People are being forced to bring water from far away areas. The water department supplies from some tankers, but the authorities do not offer a permanent solution to the problem.
A shabby pipeline has become a problem
The 50 to 60 meter long line at Maan Doodh Gali in Mohammadganj is very dilapidated. Because of this, people don’t get enough water. Ajay Kumar Gupta Regional Councilor says contaminated water is reaching the pipeline due to damage.
The Rasulpur water tank in the Shishgran region is delivered in the afternoon. Initiatives are being taken to resolve the problem. So that people can get water both times.
