The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court won Ayodhya DM Anuj Kumar Jha and Sub Collector Sadar and Sadar Tehsildar on 29. The court has taken a stern position on this matter and asked these officials what criteria, at what speed and according to what rules they are taking the country? On this day, say it clearly. The court also asked when the circuit course was last revised there. In exonerating farmers, the court gave strict instructions to the authorities that if the land was not acquired, the petitioners cannot be compelled to sell the land with their consent unless the petitioners are willing to do so

A department bank of Judges Rajan Rai and Judges Saurabh Lavania issued this important order on petition from more than a hundred peasants, including Panchram Prajapati. The petitioners claim that the land of the farmers of Dharampur Shahadat village is being acquired without notice. This violates their rights. It also said that the affected farmers should be treated fairly in the construction of the airport as their property will be lost. In addition, non-compliance with the 2013 law in relation to acquisition was also argued.

The petitioners’ lawyer also argued that no land grab criteria had been established. No guidelines have been issued at what pace the administration will capture the land. The administration arbitrarily forces the farmers to sell the land at inadequate prices. So this should be stopped immediately.

The court told the state government attorney that they would send these officers a link to videoconferencing from their office, or on June 29, from the office itself, the officers would videoconferenced and present their point of view in court. The next hearing on the case will be on June 29th.
