Recruiting of school principals in the state’s private schools will now not be complete until next year. The advertisement for this recruitment was published in 2013. When preparations were made to start hiring after eight years, it turned out that the agency in question had run away with the record. Now the applications are tested again. The secondary school service selection committee may begin an interview for the recruitment of the school principal during the first week of September.A call for tenders was published for the recruitment of 599 school head positions in private schools. The agency was entrusted with the implementation of the application process. Recruiting stayed in the thick of it and the agency disappeared with the files. 25,000 applications were received for the headmaster’s position. Now board member OP Rai has been entrusted with examining the applications. So far, the review of applications from seven departments from 18 departments in the country has been completed, while applications from 11 departments remain to be considered, which may take a month. In such a situation, the whole of July is spent testing.

In the meantime, the examination board has announced the exam dates for TGT on August 7th and 8th and PGT on August 17th and 18th. Due to the hectic pace of the exam, it is difficult to start the interview by August 18th. In such a situation, the interview is expected to begin in September. At the same time, compared to the number of positions according to the standard in the main setting, 4193 applicants are to be invited for an interview. The Examination Board had made an affidavit in front of the High Court that a maximum of 35 applicants can be invited to an interview on one day. This way, it takes four months for the interview process to complete. In such a situation, the result of the recruitment will not be published until next year.
