Sultanpur. The government had issued instructions for the DBT of the MDM conversion costs and the distribution of food grains for the embargo imposed due to corona infection. At the same time, instructions were given to upload the beneficiaries’ data to the Prerna portal.
In spite of repeated instructions, many school principals show negligence. In a letter to the Block Education Officers, the BSA has instructed to stop the salaries of teachers who do not upload the data to the portal by July 5th.
Conversion costs of 76 days (from April to June 2020), 49 days (from July and August 2020) for the second time and 138/124 days (from September 2020 to February 2021) in the first lockdown due to corona infection and the government had given instructions for the distribution of food crops.
After many school principals benefited from the conversion costs and the distribution of food grain, the cent percent data of the beneficiaries were not uploaded to the Prerna portal.
As a final warning, BSA has instructed Diwan Singh Yadav to register on the Prerna portal by July 5th and upload the data of the cent percent beneficiaries. Even after this, if this work is not done by the school principals, action will be taken.
The BSA has directed the Block Education Officers to compile a list of such negligent principals and recommend that their salaries be ceased.
Action will be
On behalf of the Director General for School Education, strict instructions were given to upload 100% of the beneficiaries’ data to the Prerna portal. Nevertheless, in the event of negligence, action will be taken against the school principal concerned.
