The regulation serves to raise orphans from Corona. 91 children are marked in the scheme in a circle. In the first phase, 16 orphans will receive financial support and certificates. The regulation provides for the upbringing and education of children up to the age of 18 years. To join the system, the maximum family age should be three lakhs per year. Under the scheme, each child receives four thousand a month. The education of children from 11 to 18 years up to the age of 12 is free. One thousand lakhs are given to marriageable girls.

These children will receive money from August 1st. Verification work for the remaining 55 children continues.
