Mainpuri. The All India Kisan Union meeting was held on Thursday at the Haridarshan Nagar camp office. Union District President Balram Singh said the BJP, which formed the government at the center by talking about the farmers, had proven itself totally against the farmers. The central government should meet the demands of the peasants.
At the meeting, District President Balram Singh said the central government should withdraw all three anti-farmer agriculture laws by enacting a law on MSP for farmers. During wheat procurement, the administration should investigate the exploitation, harassment of farmers, and manipulation of wheat procurement throughout the district.
The physical verification of wheat procurement should also be done through cross-checks. District spokesman Anmol Shakya said the BJP committed a lot of dishonesty in the Panchayat election. The farmers are also fed up with the BJP government. In the parliamentary elections in 2022, only farmers will disempower the BJP. Present were Sanjay Verma, Anurag Rajput, Amar Singh, Yuvraj Singh, Narendra Shakya, Manoj Kumar, Anuj Kumar, Vijay Singh Shakya.
