In view of the outbreak of the corona infection, the Allahabad High Court has now decided to only listen to the cases in virtual mode. In the same order, admission of cases will also be online from April 27-21. Will not be physically present and enrolled. This order was issued by the incumbent Chief Justice Sanjay Yadav. Electronic approval guidelines will be released shortly. Previously, the High Court had decided to submit the cases in both electronic and physical form. Due to the increasing infection, only electronic filing now leads to the filing of cases. The district court is closed for two days for disinfection
The district judge has ordered the court to be closed for two days for disinfection as several district court employees and lawyers have been infected with corona. In connection with this, the District Advocates Association had also written a letter to the district judge calling for a clean-up. The district judge has asked the district administration and CMO Prayagraj as well as the local authority to carry out the renovation work.
