Balrampur The administration could not announce the result of all Zila Panchayat members of the district even after 60 hours of vote counting. A total of 15 out of 40 results were announced by late Tuesday evening.
The counting of the members of the Zilla Panchayat took place in the blocks of the respective area. After the votes had been counted, the certificate of victory was given to the Panchayat members of the district from Vikas Bhavan on Tuesday afternoon. At eight o’clock in the evening, only 15 district panchayat members could receive certificates.
ADM AK Shukla said officers and staff were exhausted after the votes were counted. Therefore the declaration of the result is delayed. All results are expected to be announced late into the night. Based on the information received by the administration, Renu Singh, sister-in-law of Gasadi BJP MLA Shailu Singh of Station Number 10 Pipparhwa Vishunpur, has been declared victorious.
Congress-backed Arunima Singh from station number 11 Nawanagar, SP-backed Kiran Yadav from station number 16 Haraiya Satgharwa, BJP-backed Aarti Tiwari from station number 17 Chaudharydih, BSP-backed Jagdamba Sharan from station number 18 Shivpura, BSP-backed Rehana from Station No. 20 Mathura Market., SP-backed Rakesh Paswan from Station No. 21 Kailashgarh, SP-backed Laxmi Devi from Station No. 22 Belwa Sultanjot, Sanjay Shukla from Progressive Samajwadi Party from Station No. 23 Gangapur Banki, Nirdal Sunil Kumar from Koyalra from Station No. 24, Station No. 26 Rampur Banghusra Virendra Kumar from Nirdal, BSP-backed Anisa Verma from Station No. 27 Pipri Kolhui, SP-backed Shahbaz Khan from Station No. 6 Gassi, BJP-backed Nirmala Yadav from Station No. 12 Shivanagar, BSP-backed Akal Bano from Division No. 34 Terdhwa Tappabank won the election.
The administration vigorously prepared to declare the remaining results. Due to the lack of complete results, the numbers of candidates supported by various parties were not disclosed either.
