Ambari. In Atmaua village, Phulpur Tehsil area, on Thursday night, a person two-foot girth landed about three feet in depth. It was a good coincidence that nobody was there at the time. A crowd of villagers gathered on site that morning to watch this hiding incident. It is believed that there must have been a well at this point in the past, through which the ground went under.
Let us share that Lalman’s son Phoolchandra, a resident of Atmaua village, plowed the field Wednesday evening to plant rice in the field about 500 meters from the house. Sometime on Thursday night the ground collapsed in the field. When Lalman’s family reached out to clear grass from the field on Friday morning, they were surprised to see a well-like pit in the field. A pit two feet in circumference and about three feet deep was dug in the field. As the information spread in the village, a crowd gathered there. People believe that there must have been a well here that was later bridged. The rain settled on the ground. But even the elders gathered on site do not know that there ever was a well here. 63-year-old Sekhai and Ramlal from Atmaua village say that, as far as I know, there has never been a well here. The resulting pit in the field is under discussion.
