Nepalese Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli sent a team from Kathmandu to Madi on Tuesday to bring the idol of Lord Ram Sita Hanuman. The team reached Madi on Wednesday at 3 p.m. The team that brought the idol lived in Devghat Dham.In Devghat, the idols were bathed in the waters of the Kali Gandaki and Trishuli rivers and brought to Madi. The Minister of Tourism and Culture, Bhanubhakta Dhakal, came to Chitwan to participate in the Idol installer. The Head of State of Bagmati, Dormani Paudel, and the Minister of State, Rajesh Ahiraj, also took part in the program organized in Madi.

At the last Bhanu Jayanti, Prime Minister Oli said plans were under way to build a Ramdham in Madi, Ayodhyapuri, Chitwan. While Ramdham’s master plan is being prepared, only the idols are currently being kept in the temporary temple. Ayodhya Dham Management Committee chairman Tirtha Bhushal said that Ramdham’s master plan will be drawn up over the next 20/22 months and a large Ram temple will be built according to the same plan. Later these idols are kept in the same main temple.

One hundred hectares of land was made available for the construction of Ramdham in Krishnanagar Gardens in Madi Municipality-9, Ayodhyapuri, about 45 km southwest of Bharatpur. According to Sriprasad Dawoodi, coordinator of the subcommittee on public relations of the Ayodhya Dham Management Committee, the construction of the temporary temple was provided by the state government.
