Retailer stores will remain closed and there will be no movement of vehicles in the market. The police have also made preparations for this and installed barriers, etc. However, there is no restriction on the arrival of freight vehicles.
In fact, this decision was made to stop the congestion of grocery stores in Morganj Market. District Judge Akhilesh Singh said the operating time at Morganj Mandi Bazaar will be between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm. Retail stores will not open. The retailer can deliver the ration to the consumer by booking an order over the phone. Apart from that, normal consumers cannot buy fruit and vegetables in Naveen Mandi, only the traders.
This will be the arrangement
– Only wholesalers are allowed to trade / sell in the market.
– Regional marketing agents issue the Sadar pass to wholesalers.
– Scooters, motorcycles, cars etc. are not allowed to enter the Morganj Chowk Mandi area.
– Police are deployed in Bhagat Singh Chowk, Khumran Bridge, Dal Mandi Bridge and Chowk Fountain.
– Only freight vehicles can enter Morganj.
