1 cup basmati rice
2 liters of whole milk

250 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons ground green cardamom
30 grams of chopped almonds
30 grams of chopped cashews
30 grams of chopped unsalted pistachios
30 grams sultanas
10 threads of saffron
Step 1/4 Soak the rice and boil the milk

Step 4 / 4 Adding golden raisins to the rice pudding
