The quality of the complaint resolution is checked through conversations on the complainant’s cell phone. If a forgery is discovered during disposal, action will be taken against the management and disposal employees. SP Arvind Kumar Maurya said that land disputes complaints should be listed by area. Revenue and police teams should be on hand and resolve these complaints within the deadline without bias.
All complaints received during the settlement day should be entered in the register. Disposal on site should also take place.
