Six vaccination centers will be replaced due to the crowd in Agra

Anti-corona vaccines will be launched in new locations in Agra starting Monday. Six vaccination sites were changed. District Judge Prabhu Narayan Singh said the primary health centers are lacking space. They moved. People couldn’t get the vaccine comfortably when there was a crowd here. He felt uncomfortable. In such a situation, their new locations have now been marked. Vaccination will not be overcrowded if there is enough space and open space in new places. The COVID protocol is followed.

Due to the increasing gap, the number of second vaccine doses has decreased.

As the interval between the first and second dose of the corona vaccine increases, the number of injectors for the second dose decreases. The second dose of Kovishield used to take six to eight weeks, now the interval has been increased to 12 to 16 weeks. Dr. Shailendra Chaudhary, in charge of the SN Medical College vaccination center, said the number of second doses has decreased since the guidelines were changed.

Dr. District immunization officer Sanjeev Varman said 7,305 people were given corona vaccines in the district on Thursday. The first vaccine dose was given on 7087 and the second on 218.
