Moradabad. A short circuit caught fire in a grocery store in Ambedkar Nagar, Naya Village, Majhola Police Station. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Monday evening. The shopkeepers mainly trade in oil. A large amount of oil was destroyed in the store fire. However, the fire brigade reached the spot and brought the fire under control in half an hour.
Yogendra Pal Gupta, a resident of Khushalpur, runs a grocery store in the village of Naya. He mainly sells edible oils from his shop. His shop was closed at 9 a.m. on Monday night when smoke suddenly came out of the shop. The people in the neighborhood saw the smoke rise and immediately informed the shopkeeper on the phone. He immediately called the fire department and informed them. The fire brigade reached the spot and brought the fire under control in half an hour.
