Severe detention for three brothers who beat up their mother and son

Chitrakoot. Three brothers who attacked their mother and son in an argument over the felling of a tree have been sentenced by the court to three years of rigorous imprisonment. A fine of 20,000 to 20,000 rupees was also imposed.
Prosecutor Sushil Kumar Singh said Sadhuram, a resident of Khumani Purwa in Dahini Village, Karvi Kotwali area, had made a complaint in Karvi Kotwali. It was reported that Rakesh Mishra, Jagdish and Hanumandeen from the village attacked his wife and son on May 26, 2014 for refusing to cut the acacia on the door of his house. The wife was seriously injured by a blow to the head. After filing the complaint, the police filed an indictment against the defendant with the court.
The responsible inspector Kotwali Karvi Virendra Tripathi and the lawyer of Constable Dinesh Kumar had the witnesses brought before them. The prosecutor made an effective presentation and reasoning. After hearing the arguments of defense attorneys and prosecutors on Thursday, Judge Vineet Narayan Pandey FTC New Court sentenced the three defendants to three years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 20,000 rupees each.
