The DM said that all equipment at the CHC, PHC and Health Sub-Center should be kept in good working order. The presence of doctors and paramedical staff should be ensured.
He said if MBBM doctors are unavailable or have some other service, Ayush doctors should be used. This enables first aid facilities to be provided by primary health centers. The district judge gave these instructions on Tuesday. He said that the duty of doctors in the integrated Kovid Command and Control Center should be imposed according to the requirements. These should be prepared to continue working on the PHC and CHC. Antigen testing facilities in the centers and necessary medication should also be made available to the people.

Therefore, they should be operated with the covid protocol so that rural areas can receive health facilities and prevent infection with covid. The DM said that with a view to black fungus infection, the OPD of eye diseases and ENT in the district hospitals should be started from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a Covid protocol so that the early detection of these diseases can begin.

He said that after unhealthy patients turn negative from covid, they should be treated by admitting them according to requirements and not discharging them until they are in good health.
