School – increase fees, complain if you collect unnecessary fees, action is taken

Rae Bareli No board-operated school can increase fees or levy the required fees. If you do, you will complain, action will be taken against such schools.
In this regard, the district school inspector, Dr. Chandrashekhar Malviya, on Friday sent a letter to the school principals and principals of all recognized bodies in the district.
The DIOS stated in its letter that the fee for all school authorities should not be increased for the entire school school session 2021-22. As in the previous year, students should be charged in accordance with the fee structure implemented for the 2019-20 academic session in the 2021-22 academic session.
If a school was billed for the increased rates in the 2021-22 academic session while the fee was increasing, the increased fee should be adjusted in the coming months.
The DIOS has also stated that the exam fee should not be charged unless the offline exam is physically held in schools. During the time the school is closed, activities and transportation fees should not be charged in connection with these activities unless activities such as sports, science laboratory, library, computer, annual event, etc. are carried out.
The DIOS should not be forced to make the three-month advance payment. If a student or parent has difficulty depositing the three month fee, it should be billed monthly.
If a student or their family member is infected with a corona and has difficulty paying a monthly fee, the fees should be adjusted in installments in the following months.
All teachers and non-teaching staff working in the school should receive regular allowances so that their families do not face financial difficulties.
The DIOS has declared that the instructions should be strictly followed. If a student or legal guardian has problems with fees, they can complain to the District Fee Regulatory Committee.
