Shahjahanpur. By order of DM Indian Vikram Singh, the block chiefs who were elected in the last phase of the recently held three-stage Panchayat election will take their oath on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the respective block headquarters. The first meetings of the Kshetra Panchayats will take place immediately after taking the oath.
Candidates supported by the BJP won all 15 seats for the post of block chief. The election of the block chiefs in ten development blocks took place without a dissenting vote. Later in Bhavalkheda, Jaitipur, Sindhauli, Tilhar and Banda, when elections were held on July 10, the BJP also supported candidates won there. In this way Lata Singh from Jalalabad, Ruchi Verma from Kalan, Priyanshu Raghuvanshi from Mirzapur, Archana Gupta from Katra-Khudaganj, Neelam Devi from Puwayan, Namit Dixit from Khutar, Sachin Verma from Nigohi, Muneshwarna Dayal from Dadraul, Mahparesh Pal from Madraul. Singh, Shridutt Shukla from Kant, Rajaram from Bhavalkheda, Sapna Kashyap from Jaitipur, Machla Singh from Sindhauli, Kavita Yadav from Tilhar and Omkar from Banda were elected as block chiefs.
All of these newly elected bloc chiefs will start a new political innings on Tuesday by taking an oath. The DM said that meetings of the Kshetra Panchayats would be held immediately after the swearing-in to discuss and approve proposals for the development of the area. For this reason, all members of Kshetra Panchayat were invited and asked to attend the swearing-in ceremony.
