Chandinagar. Hundreds of bighas were flooded with crops in many villages in the Rataul area on Tuesday due to the collapse of the eastern Yamuna Canal. Due to rain from two to two, the track of the canal was suddenly interrupted at around 9 meters on Tuesday evening. Because of this, hundreds of bigha crops have been flooded in many villages of Rataul, Kharak, Vinaipur, Dagarpur and Tigri. Due to waterlogging, the crops of the farmers of Jowar, Bajra and rice were submerged in water.
