The Allahabad Supreme Court has dismissed hundreds of nominations for selected candidates by lowering earnings by not taking over the 3,000 advertised positions that remained vacant for police PAC recruitment in 2015. The court cited the Supreme Court’s ruling that if there is no rule, mere selection does not give the right to appointment. And the government is not obliged to fill all advertised positions. The decision of the Supreme Court is binding on the High Court. Therefore no discharge can be granted. Judge MC Tripathi issued this order while dismissing hundreds of petitions, including Ajay Prakash Mishra and 216 others.The petitioners said they were all selected. Cutoff Merit was successful by scoring more than 191.6 points. Police Recruitment Board has awarded 28916 Civil Police and PAC Constable Recruitment in General 403 406, OBC 394 ऽ 73 and SCST 380 ऽ 3 points for document review and physical examination.

According to the police’s recruitment rules, the vacancies are filled with the same recruitment. Some candidates have been turned down because of forged sheet music. Some passed vacant on medical examination, which should be filled by successful candidates by listing the following merits.
