Jhansi. The library of the government museum, which was closed for years, is now open to students and researchers. The rare manuscripts and books contained therein are made available for reading. This library contains about a thousand books that relate to Bundelkhand’s historical, geographical and cultural topics.
Bundelkhand’s attraction is the State Museum of the Metropolis, which has collected more than 17,000 ancient artifacts. But due to government neglect, her condition has worsened over the years. In the last few days, however, the government and administration have started to strive to improve. Action plans are being drawn up to rejuvenate the museum. In this order, the cultural directorate passed the management of the museum to the responsible regional representative Dr. Transfer SK Dubey. Dr. SK Dubey held an important meeting on Tuesday to develop tourist facilities in the museum. He announced that the museum’s library would be opened to the students and researchers. This library has air conditioning and seats about 20 people. Many rare manuscripts and books in the library will further the research work in Bundelkhand. He said a proposal would be presented to the community commissioner for the production of pink toilets as part of Smart City.
