Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor shoot Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s animal at Pataudi Palace

Photos from the set of the work-in-progress film animal has gone viral for two reasons – the actors, Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, and the location, Pataudi Palace. The images, shared on Instagram Stories by makeup artist Anam Khan, show an ongoing shoot with the cast in formal attire. Both Ranbir and Anil Kapoor are in black; The actresses in the picture are wearing saris. The scene is clearly some kind of occasion; The setting is the gardens of Pataudi Palace, owned by Saif Ali Khan’s family. Anam Khan, who shared the pictures, wrote on one: “Look who’s in front of me – Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.”

The cast and crew were spotted filming in Manali in April. Ranbir and Rashmika, dressed in ethnic attire, were photographed on the spot.

animal was due for release in 2022 but was pushed back to August 2023.

Both Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor have had recent releases but with widely varying success. The historical film shamshera, starring Ranbir in a dual role, posted poor reviews and indifferent box office rallies last week. Anil Kapoors Jugjugg Jeeyoa family drama starring Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani, was a box office hit.

Ranbir Kapoor will soon be at the forefront of the long-awaited and long-delayed Brahmastra, a mythology-based fantasy starring wife Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. He also has an untitled Luv Ranjan film in the works with Shraddha Kapoor. Anil Kapoor has roles in fighterwith Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, and No entry My entry.
