SRK College professor Shaharyar Ali has been heavily criticized for making indecent remarks against Union Minister Smriti Irani on social media. The additional District Judge Fast Track Court Anurag Sharma denied the professor’s request for bail, but has scheduled the hearing on July 26th. After that, a request for temporary bail was made on behalf of the professor. The court rejected him and sent the professor to jail. Previously, after running to stand in the High Court and Supreme Court, the professor unsuccessful and then surrendered in the CJM court on Tuesday.
