Prisoners released from prison have been exonerated

Mainpuri. The prisoners released on parole and temporary bail during the Corona period have received relief. The High Court has extended the transfer deadline for released prisoners in the new policy. The prison authorities have also been informed about this.
In order to protect the inmates from corona infection and to reduce the pressure on the number of inmates in the prison, the inmates were released on probation and temporary bail. 120 prisoners in cases with terms of imprisonment for less than seven years have been released for a limited period on an injunction. Twenty-eight prisoners were released on parole from prison. All of these prisoners were forced to surrender and return to prison after a certain period of time. Now the High Court Chancellor General Ashish Garg has written a letter to District Judge Tej Pratap Tiwari on the matter. It states that the provisional prison sentence and the bail period for the prisoners released on parole had been extended during the Corona period.

District Judge Tej Pratap Tiwari has issued instructions following the new guidelines of the High Court. Under the new policy, information has been sent to prison authorities regarding the extension of detainees’ bail and probation periods pending further orders.
