Abhishek Bachchan is all set to entertain the audience with his upcoming film Dasvi. After a long wait, the makers released the trailer today, and it has already garnered positive reviews. The film is based on a politician who wants to appear for class 10 board exam from jail. Not only the fans but also the celebrities have praised the trailer of Dasvi. And now, Abhishek Bachchan’s father and superstar Amitabh Bachchan reposted the trailer on his social media handle. Big B wrote, “A father’s pride … film after film he surprised everyone with his incredible portrayal of completely different characters … It’s phenomenal to be able to do this so successfully! !!”
Helmed by Tushar Jalota, the film also stars Nimrat Kaur as Bimala Devi and Yami Gautam as IPS officer Jyoti Deswal. The upcoming film will mark Abhishek Bachchan’s first collaboration with both the actresses. The actor will be seen playing the role of a Haryana Chief Minister Ganga Ram Chowdhary who is planning to appear in 10th board exam while in jail. The film is scheduled to release in this April.
Amitabh also re-shared a fan’s post on the Dasavi trailer on his Twitter handle and wrote, “Bhaiyu.. my love for this and my blessings.. so much, so different from your last one and just love the moves. . Prayers are with you..”

Earlier today, Ajay Devgn unveiled the teaser on Twitter and wrote, “Chowdhary saab @juniorbachchan Best wishes for your #DasaviZabbardast trailer! I am eagerly waiting to watch the film on 7th April.”
