The counting of votes is still ongoing after 36 hours due to a lack of staff and administrative officials. Alam was that many of the winning candidates for the post of Zilla Panchayat member could not be announced until eight o’clock in the evening. In many panchayats of the Bangarmau and Sikanderpur Sarsi blocks, the candidate for the office of prime minister waited to know the result. For this reason, the results of Kursath Gramin and Shadipur from Bangarmau could be published at a quarter to eight in the morning. Santosh Kumari from Kursath and Jagpal Pradhan were chosen from Shadipur. The same was true for BDC seats. It couldn’t be adjusted until Darsham. Regarding the failure to publish the results of the Zilla Panchayat members’ seats, DM Ravindra Kumar was approached, saying that the CDOs were returning officials. It only uploads the results after an examination. That’s why it’s getting late.
