Unnao. For the safety of the district’s Panchayat members, politics has begun to hand over two gunners from the government. The SP has called it an invasion of privacy. The SP district president claimed 10 of its 19 members had refused to take over security. The SP says their gunners will be removed if the members who fail to provide security give in in writing.
The vote on the office of district president of Panchayat will take place on July 4th. SP Anand Kulkarni, on government orders, has given all 51 members of the district two gunners each to prevent the district’s newly elected panchayat members from forcing a candidate or leader to vote. These police personnel will be deployed to protect the members until the elections. However, many discussions have started about it. SP District President Dharmendra Yadav described this as a step by the government under pressure on the members of the Panchayat district through the administration. Claims that 10 out of 19 SP-backed members have refused to seek police protection. Said if it was about security, security would not have been given until after the election. Why only until the election when it was given for the entire term of office, then it would have been understandable.
SP Anand Kulkarni said two police officers were used for each of the 51 district Panchayat members. If a member does not want to attend, they should write that they are not in danger. That’s why he doesn’t want to take security. If this is given in writing, the security will be withdrawn.
