The Allahabad Supreme Court has submitted a petition to the Indian Council for Medical Research and the Indian Government’s Ethics Committee to approve clinical trials of the Covid-19 vaccine made from the waters of the Ganges and the entire opposition including the Indian government within three Weeks response requested.The order was issued by a department bank of Acting Chief Justice MN Bhandari and Judge Rajendra Kumar on a PIL filed by Senior Attorney Arun Kumar Gupta. Gupta says the medical team, led by Professor Dr. Vijay Nath Mishra, from the Department of Neurology at Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, prepared a nozzle spray vaccine after researching Ganga water, which can relieve people of coronavirus just 30 rupees.

The report was prepared and sent to the ethics committee and approval for a clinical trial was obtained, but no decision was made. BHU doctor claims that corona can be eradicated with viro-phase therapy.

Whatever vaccine is available it will deactivate the virus, while the proposed vaccine made from Ganga water will eliminate the corona. The BHU medical team has sent the ICMR and the AYUSH Ministry a research application for approval for clinical trials. You don’t care.

The petition requested that the Department of AYUSH and ICMR be directed to terminate Dr. VN Mishra’s team and the vaccine made from Ganga water should be tested in the virology laboratory in Pune.

A research proposal was also sent to the president claiming that a clinical trial of Ganga water can be used to make a vaccine to remove corona from its roots. The petitioner says that British bacteriologist Anest Hawkins examined the waters of the Ganga in 1896.

His report was published in the British Medical General. A self-cleaning quality was found in Gangotri water. Research has also been published in journals in many other countries. The petitioner Arun Kumar Gupta sent all the documents to the National Mission for Clean Ganga on April 28, 2020 and also applied for clinical trial approval by handing them over to the ICMR Director General. The petitioner is an amicus curiae in a public interest litigation over the Ganga pollution. He is committed to improving the Ganga water.Bharat Jhunjhunwala had also sent a similar report, but the ICMR refused all inquiries on grounds of arbitrariness. The report was sent to the AYUSH Ministry by the President’s Secretary, but was not considered due to a lack of scientific studies.

Scientific studies are not possible without the approval of the Ministry of AYUSH and ICMR. While the nozzle spray vaccine produced by the BHU medical team has shown positive results in around 300 people.

An article was also published in the Hindi International Journal of Microbiology on March 19, 2020. In this regard, this petition was submitted and a clinical study was requested with the vaccine produced from research on Ganga water.
