The work of physical verification of basic information of schools for the determination of centers in the district for the High School and Intermediate board examinations of the year 2022 of the Board of Secondary Education started from Friday. On the first day, about a hundred schools were verified. 27 committees have been constituted for verification of 1016 schools in the district. Each committee has three teachers. After completing the verification of schools by September 1, it is mandatory to make it available in the office of the District Inspector of Schools. District School Inspector Dr. OP Rai has made available the list of schools to all the committees constituted.
He said that in the committee which has been constituted for verification, all the three teachers have been kept from the same school. The principal has been included in that committee, who will be its chairman. A 44-point form for checking schools has been developed by the Board. After filling it, the committee will submit it at the district headquarters. This form will be filled in duplicate. Both the copies shall be signed by all the three members along with the signature of the Principal of the concerned school. A copy of the form will be with the Principal. On the basis of this form, the Principal will upload the information on the Council’s website. Determination of distance between schools will be done through mapping and geo-tagging of schools. For verification of basic information, 81 teachers of 27 government schools have been engaged.
